This centrally located, waterfront,
canal home has been completely refurbished with new furniture, new
flooring, new kitchen, as well as towels and linens, china and
silverware.
Three bedrooms with two full baths on the main floor assure
comfort and privacy. They open into a large living room and dining
area, and the master bedroom opens onto the new deck (45'x12') and
overlooks the waterfront canal. The kitchen has a fireplace, eat
at countertop, and table that comfortably seats four. Downstairs
are two bedrooms (one is complete with a kitchenette) and a full
bath and can be used for teenagers or early risers.
This relaxing home features lots of natural light and great
furnishings. There is seating for ten around the cypress wood
dining room table, and the children can sit comfortably at the eat
in kitchen. Two refrigerators, a full-size washer and dryer, a
built-in bar area, ceiling fans, and a dock make this the ideal
get-away house.
The beach is a short 600 feet away and is easily accessible with
the use of a dock cart. Fishing, crabbing, and swimming are
available right off of the private dock. The marina, restaurants,
the beach club, tennis courts, and other amenities are a short
walk from this wonderful vacation home.
