NEW OWNERS are renovating.  Adding additional bath, 2nd refrigerator, 2nd set of washer/dryers, replacing carpeting with hardwood flooring and refurnishing.  Project start date is 11/15/05.  I'll update website at the end of December showing improvements!

Fripp Island is a private island on the Atlantic Ocean located between historic Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. Bring the family or a group of friends and enjoy two stories with fully-equipped kitchen, three full baths, and all the comforts of home. Step off the front steps to the 16th tee of Ocean Creek Golf Course. Launch a kayak from your private dock for a morning ride through the canal and marshes. Go fishing, crabbing or clamming - just steps from your back door. This home is located on the canal with a private dock, and is central to all of the island's amenities.

Two master bedrooms on the main floor, kitchen, great room, tiled Florida room, screened porch, large deck, and hardwood floors throughout. Four additional bedrooms upstairs make it perfect for family reunions or a weekend get-away with golfing partners and friends. Spectacular views of the canal from both levels of this beautiful home.

Cruise to the Olympic Pool Village or Cabana Club Complex via golf cart or bicycle (use of our golf cart and 6 bicycles is included in rental). The Olympic Pool Village houses a number of shops and restaurants with both elegant and casual dining.

The Cabana Club Complex offers outdoor fun for the entire family. Here you will find a heated pool, hot tub, two separate children's pool areas, a sand playground, a casual restaurant, and an outdoor bar all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Nature lovers will not need their binoculars as the deer, birds, and other wildlife will join you on your daily strolls. Spend an afternoon fishing and crabbing from the bridge over the canal or rent watercraft in the marina.
