THE SANDBOX! Centrally located between Ocean Point and Ocean Creek Golf
Courses, this newly renovated home has brand new furnishings and
convenience to offer. A two minute walk to the beach (with beach access
in the backyard) make your days at Fripp more enjoyable! A five minute
walk takes you to the Fripp Island Beach Club with two pools, the Island
Supreme Pizzeria, the Lil'Dipper Ice Cream Shop, the Fripp Island Tennis
Center, Fripp Island Fitness Center and more. This adorable house is
great for golf groups and families.
You can hear and almost see the waves crashing in the background as you
sit outside on the large screened-in porch. While relaxing on the porch,
you can watch the deer as they come to feed in the yard. This third row
beach home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house. The
master has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin;
while the third has two twins. All the bedrooms are newly decorated with
fun, colorful furnishings.
Enjoy the large, spacious garage apartment with two twin beds and a very
comfortable queen sofabed. Other nice features include a bathroom,
microwave, sink, and refrigerator. Whether you have another family,
nanny, or older kids, they can have their privacy in this downstairs
"get-away!"
As you return from a day at the beach or the pool, you can walk or ride
your bike into the garage where a large private outdoor shower with both
hot and cold water will refresh you.
