This condo is off the beaten path
for a true Island getaway. Located in the scenic ocean point
area, the owners chose this first floor unit for its quiet
scenic location separated from the busyness of the center
island. But not to worry a golf cart and bikes are offered for
your convience so you can get to any destination within
minutes. Or just stay where you are and enjoy the North
Hampton pool and oceanview from almost any room. The beach
(low tide only) is accessible just 4 doors down. This is the
first season on the rental market and the owners have done a
lot to make their guests feel at home. All of the bedding is
new with high thread count linens, quilts and down blankets.
The 2 full baths are tiled and supplied with colorful quality
towels and assessories. The remodeled kitchen has new
cabinets, upgraded appliances, tiled floor and breakfast bar.
The cook is not left out when it comes to enjoying the view
and being with the family.
Amenity cards are available
to purchase.
However, North Hampton Cottages have their own private pool.
